This concept is fully wrong.. Then let’s go through the factors decides our personality… You can win a lot of people’s heart even iff your external beauty is not so impressive.. 1) STRONG DETERMINATION Strong determination plays major role in the personality development of a person..We have to excecute the plans we decided at correct time . The timing of excecution is so important.. Bad timing may result in failure even iff we have a chance to taste success.Strong determination helps to achieve sucess and helps in building of a good personality. 2) SETTING AN AIM IN LIFE Setting an aim is necessary to achieve life success..We have many aims during different times..I have an aim to be a cricket player during my high school classes..But now, I have a good aim to become a computer professional..So I joined to BTECH.. We should have a sharp aim and should work hard for achieving that..We should have to remember our target when we deviate from our aim.. 3) ENOUGH KNOWLEDGE We should have enough knowledge to say an opinion about a subject. If we have enough knowledge about a subject, we can become a star in a crowd and attract many.”Knowledge is the key to success”, This proverb can implement here . 4) GOOD DRESSING Good dressing create a good impression about you in a crowd.Good dressing can increase your confidence .. 5) KEEP GOOD STYLE IN TALKING Your words are reflection of your character..

If you handle with bad words, no body will respect you.. You will be a big ZERO in a crowd.So control your language style and capture respect from others….Never try to show that you are superior to others.This will decline your value among others..Listen carefully to others words when they speaks..Don’t try to ignore others . Look in to eyes of speaker when you listen to him.This will increase his confidence and create good opinion about you… 6) KEEPS YOUR BODY AND SURROUNDINGS CLEAN Health resides only in a clean body..Healthy person looks more confident and attractive than a shabby one..Good health will automatically reflect on your face and thus result in improving of personality.. 7) GOOD HABITS A man is remembered for a long time due to his habits.. A well personality owner is remembered by many..If I have many bad habits , every one tries to forget me.. So be always alert to keep our good habits Iam sure that you can become a good personality by following the above instructions…Just try it and see the difference..
